A new exhibit at The Wangensteen Historical Library of Biology and Medicine, Bodies and Spirits: Health and the History of Fermentation and Distillation.
The team previewed the event at the April Social Science at the Science Museum of Minnesota. If the preview is anything to go by, this will be a great exhibit. Also, the publicity postcard for this event comes with an eighteenth century recipe for beer.
